The other day, God gave me joy in paper animals.
It was eternity in five minutes, right here in our living room. My two sons Bamboo and Boogie had been bugging me the entire afternoon to come and play with them. When you come to a point where you think the company will break down if you’re not checking your gmail every five minutes, that means it’s time for a break. Snorting at my foolishness, I ignored the crawling sensation in my thankfully still-carpal tunnel-free hands and turned my attention on the my two boys.
They had been cutting paper the whole afternoon and turning them into paper animals. Ting! Ideas have this way of schmooching into your head when you least expect them. I like the Lord’s “email” better than gmail!
“Let’s have a puppet show!”
On the side went the center table, up went two big pillows, popsicle sticks became puppet handles, and the boys put on a show that would be envied by Nickleodeon. I had a grand time making up stories because the boys laughed at every lame joke! It was a riot.
Thank you for giving me the joy of an eternity in five minutes, right here in our living room. Oh, thank you, thank you for motherhood.

My favorite puppet show story by Boogie was about the _tall_ Giraffe and the _tiny_ Elephant
Hahaha, oo nga
. Precious, precious moments. Wuv you, boyfriend!
